Voice Mail

Basic Service: $3.00
Holds up to 10 messages, of up to two minutes each. Messages can be kept for seven days.
Enhanced Service: $4.00
Same as basic, only with mailbox to mailbox capability.
Deluxe Service: $5.00
Holds up to 20 messages of up to two minutes each. Messages can be kept for 14 days and features mailbox to mailbox capabilty.
Premium Service: $7.00
Holds up to 40 messages, of up two minutes each and features mailbox to mailbox capabilty.
Greeting Plus: $2.00
This is for outgoing greetings and no incoming messages. This greeting can last up to three minutes.

Press 1-to listen to new messages
Press 2-to listen to saved messages
Press 7-current time and date
To listen to messages:
Press 1-to play or re-play messages
Press 2-save message and go to next one
Press 7-delete message and go to the next one
Press 4-save message as new
Press 5-reply to message

Options in mailbox set-up menu:
Press 1-greeting options
Press 2-change password
Press 7-notifications options

To change or record your greeting:
Press 1-greeting options
Press 4-record your greeting
Press #-end recording function
Press 1-listen to greeting

To check messages away from your phone:
Call your home number
Press * when your greeting starts
Enter your password followed by the # key
Press 1-listen to message

Press *-return to main menu

Press 6-forward message
Press 7-skip back three (3) seconds
Press 8-pause or continue message
Press 9-skip forward three (3) seconds

Enter new password, then press the # key
To verify your password, re-enter your password

Features

Call Forwarding: $1.50

To Activate:

1. Dial *95 and wait 4 seconds
2. When you hear a second dial tone, enter the number to which you want your calls to be forwarded. Call Forwarding will be in effect when the other telephone is answered. If the line is busy or there is no answer, hang up and repeat the first 2 steps. When you hear a confirmation tone, Call Forwarding is activated.

To Deactivate:

1. Dial *96 and wait 4 seconds
2. Listen for confirmation tone. Then hang up.
Call Forwarding Busy Line: $2.50

To Activate:

1. Press *90
2. Listen for confirmation tone. Then enter the number you wish for your calls to be forwarded to.
To Deactivate:

1. Dial *91 and wait 4 seconds
2. Listen for confirmation tone. Then hang up.
Call Return: $3.00


1. Press *69
2. You may return the call or if busy hang up. You will hear a short-short-long ring when the line is free. If the number you are trying to recall is private, you will not be able to call back the number.
Call Screening: $3.00


1. Press *60
2. Listen to the voice instructions which will guide you through the steps:
(0) Repeat instructions.
(1) Review numbers on Call Screening list.
(3) Turn Call Screening On/Off
(#) Add a number to Call Screening list
(*) Delete a number from Call Screening list
(08) Delete all numbers from Call Screening list.
Call Transfer: $1.50

1. Press the receiver button, listen for tone.
2. Dial the number you wish to transfer the call to.
3. Listen for ringing, then hang up.
Call Waiting: $1.50

1. When a caller tries your number while you're on the phone, you hear a soft beep and the caller hears a normal ring. If unanswered, the beep repeats once more, after ten seconds.
2. To answer a new call, simply press your receiver hook to put the first call on hold.
3. Press the hook to return to your, original call.
Call Waiting Deluxe: $3.50

Let's you view the calling party while on the line with another party. Make sure your device is compatible with Call Waiting & Caller ID. It will only display on the phone you are on; it will not display on the other device

To Activate:
1. When you get a busy signal, hang up.

2. Pick up your phone and press *66. Your call will be completed if the phone number you called is not busy. If it is busy: You will hear a confirmation tone indicating that Repeat Dialing is active.
3. Hang up. Your phone will sound 3 short rings when your call is ready to go through. Pick up your receiver and wait for the party to answer.
To Deactivate:

Press *86. You will receive a confirmation message. The Repeat Dialing feature will automatically deactivate after 30 seconds.
Selective Call Acceptance: $3.00

To Activate:

1. Press *64
2. Follow the instructions on how to set up the numbers.
Speed Calling:

$1.50 for 8 List

To Program Numbers For Speed Calling:

1. Dial *74 for 8 List

Dial *75 for 30 List
2. When you hear a second dial tone, dial the speed Code you wish to assign (one or two digits), and the phone number.
3. Listen for the confirmation tone
To Place a Speed Call:
Dial the one or two digit code followed by #.
Three-way Calling/Conference Call: $2.50

1. While connected to the first party, press the telephone switch hook once. This puts the first party on hold while you call the third party.
2. Once you reach the third party, bring the first party into the conversation by pressing the hook switch again.
3. If you have completed your conversation with the third party, but want to continue your conversation with the first party, simply press the switch hook and the third party will be disconnected.
Toll Control with PIN:

2. Listen for confirmation tone
3. Enter your PIN

4. Press pound.
5. Listen for dial tone and place your call
To Change PIN:

1. Dial *12
2. Listen for confirmation tone.
3. Enter current PIN the press pound.
4. Listen for confirmation tone.
5. Enter new PIN the press pound. 6. Listen for third confirmation tone, then re-enter new PIN again and press pound. Listen for final confirmation, then hang up
Unidentified Call Rejection: $3.50

To Activate:

1. Press *77

2. Listen for confirmation tone and hang up.
To Deactivate:

1. Press *87.
2. Listen for confirmation tone and hang up.
Wake-Up Service: $2.00

1. Dial Access Number: 857-9919

2. Press 1 - Schedule a Wake Up call

3. Press 2 - Delete the scheduled Wake Up call

4. Press 3 - Check for any scheduled Wake Up calls
